JHB Ltd are
a construction company based in Lerwick with
a large number of private and local
association contracts on its books.
Due to an ever increasing workload we are
looking for a Buyer who will share
responsibility for sourcing and purchasing
materials for the various contracts in hand.
The successful candidate will also share
responsibility for liasing with Clients,
Suppliers, Sub-Contractors and colleagues to
ensure the most satisfactory administration
of the projects.
We are looking for a person with excellent
communication skills and a bright and
cheerful personality with a strong attention
to detail. Previous experience in the
construction industry would be preferable
and you must be numerate and computer
literate, and have a commitment to providing
a quality service.
The hours will be Monday to Friday, 8am
until 5pm with a one hour lunch break. The
salary will be commensurate with experience
and qualification.
