GENERAL OPERATORS
(PERMANENT)

We require two General Operators, one for day-shift and one for night shift. These are permanent positions offering a guaranteed forty hours per week throughout the year. There is excellent potential for overtime during fishing seasons and interested applicants should be able to work additional hours at these times, including weekends. Shift times are 7.00am – 5.45pm and 5.45pm to 4am during the season.

Previous fish processing experience is not essential but would be an advantage. The successful candidates will have duties in a variety of areas within the factory and training will be provided.

There is a subsidised canteen available on site which provides meals and snacks. Protective clothing is provided and there are changing facilities and a full works laundry service.

The rate of pay for these positions is £7.72 per hour basic with excellent rates for overtime and weekends.
