SITE
MANAGERS
|
The
successful candidate will
-
Report directly to the Directors of the Company.
-
Have responsibility for the setting out of
designated projects.
-
Have responsibility for the co-ordination and
supervision of labour, materials and
sub-contractors, for designated projects.
A
sound construction background together with a
detailed technical
knowledge of timber framed house kit construction is essential.
Previous
site management or project supervision experience
would
be preferred, however, a high level of site experience may prove
satisfactory.
Remuneration
circa £30K is offered, and negotiable, subject to
experience, and a vehicle will be provided.
JOINERS
JHB
LTD require joiners in the following areas:
Fabricating
timber framed house kits in workshop, including –
-
Joists, Wall Panels, Gable Peaks, Partition
Studs.
Timber
framed kit erection, including –
-
Kits, Roof Tiling, Cladding
-
Partitions – Studs, Plasterboard etc.
-
Finishings – Kitchens, Internal Doorsets,
Facings, Skirtings etc.
JHB
Ltd. is paying above current market rates of pay,
plus overtime
at 1.1/2x basic, and/or priced work at attractive rates.
